Bhubaneswar Fashion Magazine is an independent digital platform where a long-living art and culture of Odisha along with its current fashion trends is published for its readers sharing their unique experiences and discover new perspectives.
Define Terms
‘We’, ‘Us’ refers to Bhubaneswar Fashion magazine the owner of the website registered in under company number xxxxxxx whose registered address is, Narayan 1, Balazi Complex, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar.
‘You’, ‘Your’ refers to the applicants of the giveaway.
General
- The photoshoot is completely free, which in terms mean you are not require to pay for the photography. Bhubaneswar Fashion is not liable to incur any other cost of travelling and meal accommodations.
- If additional re-touched photos are required (i.e., extra re-touched photos other than the number mentioned in agreement), then an additional editing charge per photo will apply.
- Additional prints or larger sized prints, Photo Books / Coffee Table Books can be arranged at a reasonable charge depending on the size and number of copies required.
- The first owner of the copyright of all the images created from the photo shoots will be the photographer by default, under the brand name – ‘Bhubaneswar Fashion’. The photographer will have the rights to display selected photos of his choice on the website bhubaneswarfashion.com’ and also on select portals & social networking sites.
- The extent of post-production re-touching of photos will be based on the photographer’s professional judgement.
- We do not provide photos in the camera RAW format.
- The final edited images will be delivered in approx. 1 week from the date of the photo shoot.

CLIENT’S USAGE
Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints. Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations or advertising use) require prior written consent from Bhubaneswar Fashion. A credit line that reads “Bhubaneswar Fashion” and our contact details in type no smaller than that of the related text must appear adjacent to or within all permitted published photographs.
Social Media usage
You will use #bhubaneswarfashion and tag us @bhubaneswarfashion in all your pictures from this shoot.
APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Odisha, India.
VARIATION
These Terms and Conditions shall not be varied except by agreement in writing.
