1. The Women of Today: A woman who balances what she has learnt from her traditional roots and what she is learning from this contemporary world.
(Fusion wear)

2. Keeping the tradition alive: A woman who promotes & embraces traditions of India. This is a celebration of the Indian culture and tradition with Odia twist. A fashion trend that has been in fashion before the world “fashion” made it to the British dictionary.
(Ethnic wear)

Evaluation criteria:
Ramp Walk, Dressing Style, Makeup and Talent Performance.

Note: You are advised to bring at least 3 costumes in accordance with the theme and other props required . All the required items for your theme have to be arranged by you, the organisers have no responsibility of the same.

Important Points for the Finale:

• Photocopy of ID and Address proof.
• Food will not be provided so you are advised to carry some dry snacks and water bottle to the venue.
• Parents, friends and chaperones will not be allowed inside the audition room. However, they will be allowed to stay around the premises.
• You are expected to carry your makeup, accessories, garments and whatever is required by you for the auditions based on the provided theme.
• You are also advised not to incur any additional costs at this stage to acquire any dresses, makeup, accessories.
• Please be well presented and well behaved at all times (even if you are just lounging around in the venue).
• Bhubaneswar Fashion team is not liable to speak to contestants parents & guardians at any stage.
• The finalists will receive a detailed email within the hours of auditions at the venue

Terms and Conditions:

• All Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Participation ticket cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold. Resale of tickets will render them void
• Visitors will not be allowed admission without a valid pass.
• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Participants will promote Miss Raja Diva contest on their stories/post using #rajadiva2019 #bhubaneswarfashion on social media and personal display.
• Applicant agrees that all decisions of Bhubaneswar Fashion’s Directors and Judges are final and irrevocable.
• The said prize will be in terms of cash vouchers for all the participants. The winner will get Gifts/ gift vouchers/ cash vouchers worth of INR 30,000.
• Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require to enforce its trademark rights, copyrights and/or similar rights against any third party.
• Applicant must be at least 16 years of for competition year,must be a citizen of India, must be of good health and moral character, must not have been convicted of any criminal act.
• Applicant should respect other applicants, System and staff, Venue Staff, Audience. Any type of violence, abusive language or unpleasant behavior through Oral, written or in any form including social media will not be accepted at all.
• This behavior will be considered as polluting the functioning and defamation of the competition, which will be considered as grounds to take appropriate action which will be solely Ms Raja Diva 2019 Directors decision prior, during or after the competition for a lifetime.
• The Organiser reserves the right, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to alter or vary the conduct or timing of all or part of Miss Raja Diva 2019 without being obliged to refund or exchange fees.
• The Organiser cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained by any exhibitor.
• The Organizers are not responsible for any kind of health issues occurs to the participants during the auditions, grooming sessions and the show.
• The promotion of products or services not booked to exhibit at the venue of Miss Raja Diva 2019 is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught handing out promotional leaflets on the premises or outside the premises before, during or after the show will be liable for fine as per the governing law.
• For any disputes the legal practices will be carried out in the Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only.
